Ron is the guy! I was struggling with shoulder pain and very limited movement. He had the best pressure and released my shoulder with focused work. Ron is truly the best! I traveled 24 hours from Guam and went straight into training camp at Atos HQ. Off the bat, I was sore and at a deficit.
